At Redmond Agriculture, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Items
Send your package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
